Suitability and consent
Every treatment follows a medical history review and a suitability assessment. Amber may decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, and written informed consent is taken before every treatment.
Risks and complications
All medical aesthetic treatments carry some risk, including swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry and, rarely, vascular complications. These are discussed fully at consultation. Amber is anatomy, complications and emergency trained, and fully insured.
Urgent concerns
If you have severe pain, blanching, changes to your vision or anything else that worries you after treatment, contact Amber straight away and get emergency medical help by calling 999 or going to A&E.
