Why we collect it
To check whether treatment is suitable, carry it out safely, keep the clinical records that professional and insurance obligations require, and stay in touch with you about appointments and aftercare.
How it is stored
Records are kept securely and confidentially, held only for as long as clinical and legal requirements demand, and never sold or shared for marketing.
Third parties
Bookings are handled by an outside booking platform, and messages come through WhatsApp and Instagram. Those providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see your personal data, have it corrected, or have it deleted where there is no legal reason to keep it. Just message the clinic to make a request.
